The Klein River Estuary property owners below the Set Back line (5m contour) determined and accounting for the estuary high water mark (3m msl) should become subject to the obligatory requirement to install Conservancy Tanks (CSIR rated) designed to withstand high water tables, clay soil and compensate for unfavourable terrain.
