Councilor Francois Mare recieves the Save Bantamsklip petition on behalf of Mayor Beyleveld from SB chairman John Williams. The demonstration on 19th December 2009 in Hermanus was the first breach in the dyke which led to Theo Beylevelds comic downfall (re-deployment to the Council of Ministers) His departure followed in the wake of his catastrophic knee jerk behaviour trying to defend the predations of Rabcav and their Fernkloof and Schulphoek property scams.
